alright, i realised that i hadn't been posting. and i dun wan to chase my readers away. so here's about the learning journeys i had.
Ancient Civilisation Museum
i was quite excited to go to the museum. i had always thought that it was really sacred and ghostly in ACM. then the thing that really amazed me most was this really shiny clothing that was worn by John Pope the II. then another one was like this wood strain that made a really small cross. it was said that the wood strain was abstracted from the cross that jesus was crusified on. it was really amazing and i was awed.
for the recent trip, it was on power dressing. the clothings there were worn by powerful people in the ancient china got one is worn by ci xi tai hou. so amazing la. i cannot believe it lo. how can they preserve all the way till now? at that time hor, i wanted so much to smell the clothing to see if issit smelly not. it's like how many years had the clothing been la. i learned a lot of things then. some were truly amazing and sacred. but some i a bit believe, a bit not too.
Kampong Gelam
argh! thinking about this trip really makes me puke. our tour guide is called GOH HAN PENG, MICHAEL?? HAN PENG? i was like laughing when i realised that. imagine someone by the name of GOH HAN PENG, with nose hair over filling, carrying this big and useless umbrella around his arm, and a bag full of things that he doesn't use. i wasn't even listening to him at all. it was sheer boring!
