i'm really rotting at home. nothing to do lohh. i've done 2 homework for today and i'm already very glad. thus, i shall not continue for the day!

i lost my recommended book list and thus i asked ying if she had. i think i remembered ying saying she dont have but she said some books. &totto-chan was one of them! ((: i read totto-chan when i was in primary 6 i think. hahaha. i found the story very light-hearted. so i decided to read it again and complete my book review of it.

tomorrow is the last day of october. i'm going to practise my trumpet before band prac starts and its going to be so hiong cos SYF is here! maybe i should go practise now. hahahaha.

ms kan talked about nazism. its damn cruel to see those jews suffered innocently. those bodies, faces and expression of the people. its totally terrorising. nobody believed me that ms kan was like on the verge of tears when she was presenting. its true lohh. i was sitting right in front then. &i can see tears in her eyes and her voice trembling almost at every end of one sentence. yeah.
as you know im pure and innocent thus i wouldnt want to learn about such cruelty next year. still think geog is the one for me after consulting mdm lalitha.

went out with shasha excluding rachel and erjie cos they got their commitments. went jurong point and laughed laughed laughed. aiya this would be like the last few times we get together. next time maybe no more liao. i wish class chalet would come faster.

this post is dedicated to myself;

it has been very busy for me these few weeks of school. &i've been tormenting myself with stress i could never handle. EOY took away my brain, events robbed my soul, &the stress that evolved from such murderous activities eventually got the better of me.

i sometimes wonder, wonder &wonder. whether i made the right decision.

today had arts fest &i got really fed up with myself. i looked into the eyes of my juniors, mates &seniors. the eyes of a person tells the truth. i looked into it deeply, carefully and sincerely. i saw something common. its hard to express that feeling that was welling inside me. its really hard. it was never an easy task.
i sat in a corner reflecting. i gave my best and is this what i get?

efforts are something thats commendable.
EOY results consoled me. never did i expect me to get good grades. its streaming &everyone wants to do well. competition is one thing. the other is whether you've answered for your conscience.

dearest ah gong, i know you are up there protecting &watching over me. i know you've seen my efforts. &i hope you are doing well &happy too. thanks for all these you have done for me. i love you.

lastly, i know it sounds cliche but having to leave the ice-kachang is something i found it hard. i have many things to say to every single one of them.

alright so had art and was awaiting for our presentation. but mrs chan's laptop cant read chingxin's mp3 the storage thing. yeah so after LOTS and i meant LOTS of troubles finally can liaos and she said no time for us to present &i was TOTALLY disappointed lahhs. cos i spent lots of efforts on it lohhs. sians. then had some languages lessons &got back overall results. WAHH damn tired at that time cos PE too hiong liaos so was like lying on table looking dizzy. then some concerned people thought i was unhappy with my results. yupp so thanks to those people. ESPECIALLY STANLEY. yeah he damn nice to ask lahhs. zeming also. haha. yeahh. but i REALLY am damn satisfied with my languages results lahhs! YAY! haha. though no distinction but who cares since my languages is my weakness. i got B3 &B4 for both EL and HCL respectively! haha. damn happy liaos.

yeah. i guess my efforts for EOY did not went down the drain. HAHA. very very happy with results. especially for science and math and history! HAHAHA. so happy all distinction. hahaha. over the moon liaos. [:

oh well. i didnt expect to get back my results so fast lahhs. ermm. was okay and quite satisfied with my marks.

at first when i got back my marks i realised i got **/40 which is damn lucky for me lohhs. as you know my hist is like cant make it derhhs. then i calculated and realised got mistake so went to change it and got **/40. yupp so quite happy already. [: seriously happy. cos i expected like a 20/40 as my best or whatever.

&for math knew that i wouldn't expect little cos math is like the easiest subject to score with COLOURS. so was very satisfied with my marks for PAPER 1 where i dont have the help of my calculator. alot of careless mistakes. everyone should have them too. cos no calculator around. &will definitely feel helpless without it so will tend to panic.

frankly speaking, theres still like

2. science combined
3. english paper 1 &2
4. higher chinese paper 1 &2

&we merely got like 2 paper back so it doesn't make much of a difference. theres more to worry about.

well, the most important papers have been over. &i hope i didn't screw them up. yeah. so im feeling alright. hmm, i wonder why everyone seem to not be making a fuss out of history. arghh. i seriously must admit that i suck in history. when i was taking the paper, i feel like dying~ haha. its cos i don't like the feeling that i have to gekk out some answer. its just horrible lahhs. yeahh. i dunno how i fared. all i know is i just anyhow gekk out the answer. haha. even if i get high marks i also think its tyco derhhs. so to those who knows me and wants to take history next year for sure, i'm so sorry but i can't be in the same class as u. whahahaha. [:

i confirm take geog liaos. [: must thank ms cheryl chia! my beloved geog teacher who made me aced my paper. HAHA.

okays. so for science it was okay. not easy and not difficult lahhs. jus around there. hmm for the lenses ray diagram i got it but i think my answers abit too off. long story. yeah. was TOTALLY demoralised cos of it. its damn easy to check ur answers using formulaes but i didn't. RAHH. yeah. but i enjoyed doing the science paper. UNLIKE HISTORY. i'm just NOT fated with history. i'm noob at it.

so for todays math. i flipped through the first paper and was like GONE LIAOS. &so i kept encouraging myself that i can do it and also must stay focused. and so i was able to understand every single question. BUT there are definitely careless mistakes here and there lahhs. yeahh. quite dissapointing. nevertheless, i must take this opportunity to encourage those who didn't do finish.

DON'T FRET. ITS NOT THE END. ONE PAPER CAN'T DETERMINE YOU FOR LIFE. SO CHEER UP AND LOOK AHEAD. IT'S POINTLESS TO DWELL ON IT. COS I DWELLED ON MY SCIENCES AND FELT BAD EVENTUALLY. YEAH. SO IT'S UNHEALTHY! CHEER UP! [:

for paper 2 i adopted a light attitude in doing it. just don't panic lahhs. then i was able to do it. just some careless mistakes again. hais. it's inevitable. nvm, lke i said its over and dwelling over it will not improve situations. LEARN FROM ALENA! where she was able to be so jian qiang despite not finishing 30%-40% of her science paper. she was VERY optimistic. yeah. ALENA YOU ROCK! [;

so left with the two languages paper 2. i hope i don't screw them up too. &i'm slacking cos what can we learn anyway? if your languages is very good then u have higher chances of doing well. unlike me, where my languages totally suck and pulled down my average last time. i hope i don't do so this time. afterall i'm quite satisfied with my CA scores.

hehs! i realised its october liaos. &there's this children's day celebration somewhere near my house. my mum walked past and saw children performing. haha. she said there was this malay girl who danced. LOL.

the vigour of youth.

its like 1145 now liaos. T.T my eyes are damn swollen. i'd memorise 4 pages of summary notes of history. whoa sians. my whole mind is all about REVOLUTION. hehe. i want to pia this year's history cos i next year confirm not taking liaos. so pia it then next year can forget about it?? HAHA. hope i can get good results.

someone once said:
"it doesn't matter if you didn't get the grades you aspire, as long as you put in your effort whole-heartedly and can answer for your conscience, i'm contented."

is this delusion? or really what i feel? are grades really that important?

actually i think we feel that grades are important cos if you get good results, there would we positive comments:

1. your parents adore you more and praises you more. you may get what you wished for if your parents promised it if you achieve good grades
2. your friends respect you more cos you are cleverer
3. you get better and more opportunities
4. you are more prominant

however, if you flunk your exams, there are definitely more negative comments:

1. your parents get frustrated with you and pressurise you more
2. you don't get noticed cos people think you are jus some ordinary person
3. you have lesser opportunities cos in this society we live in, grades reflect on oneself

see how grades are that IMPORTANT? thats why intelligent people like us mugg to get good results. we torture our brains with loadsfull of information and sacrifice our beauty sleep to study!

hmm. i hope some MOE officials see this and ABOLISH EXAMINATIONS! LET'S REVOLT.
